Rise of the Silver Surfer
Team Velocity wraps up a successful run on Rise of the Silver Surfer (Fantastic Four 2). Good production value was realised by the producers through the use of Team Velocity and our ground breaking flying systems, ‘Vector-Cam’ and ‘Pathfinder’. Glenn Boswell and Mike Mitchell (Stunt Coordinators) tapped into Team Velocity’s creative and diverse talent pool to help them create some stunning action scenes involving cast and stunt doubles, for main unit Director Tim Story and second unit Director EJ Foerster.

Utilizing their high-tech inventory of stunt rigging equipment (‘Pathfinder’ computer controlled high speed winches, Carbon Fibre Ratchets, and Titanium Descender) Team Velocity  consistently brought a high degree of creativity, efficiency, accurate repeatability, and safety to complete the scenes on time and on budget. EJ Foerster and Josh Bleibtreu (Second Unit Director of Photography) also enjoyed and made valuable use of the versatile ‘Vector-Cam’ to cover their visual effects shots.
